Drunk Woman Freaks Out Starts Tearing Up Gas Station

Drunk Lady Freakout! (2019) Drunk customer at gas station PUBLIC FREAK OUT

Freak out over refusal to sell alcohol to an intoxicated customer at the gas station. We caught this drunk lady freakout on camera and wanted to share it as a learning opportunity for future encounters at the gas station.

There are a few lessons to be learned in this video.

1.) When refusing to sell an intoxicated customer alcohol, your verbal skills is the number one thing you want to use to your benefit. Yelling across a store to an drunk customer isn't how to do it. It's best to wait until they approach counter, grab beer then place it out of the way and calmly say it's against the law for us to sell to intoxicated patrons..... etc.

2.) This woman wanted to drink or fight, since we couldn't let her buy booze..... she decided it was time for a fight. I don't think she was going to go out calmly, regardless of how the clerk approaches her to be honest. Never hesitate to proactively call security.

3.) If a drunk person is trying to argue, disengage as much as possible. Verbal abuse & threats are common from people belligerent and under the influence, but it's better to just remove yourself from the situation as quickly as possible to attempt to de-escalate. If someone threatens physical violence against you it's best to call police and document threat.

All things considered, this gas station freak out situation ended fairly smoothly, but hopefully in the future we can use the verbal judo and de-escalate drunk freakout encounters much quicker.

No gas station cashiers were harmed in the making of this video ;-)
